20th June '98
Another new race has been added to the CEG. This new race is the Melarian. Also a new complete archives of the CEG has been uploaded. It has been split into several archives of HTML, Ship Pictures and Other CEG GFX.
17th June '98
A discussion paper on the Natrof Writings has been added to the CEG. The complete CEG archive has also been temporarily removed till more web space can be found for holding it.

A very small update which might be of interest. A picture of the Mogensen has been added to the Mogensen page.

Tonight's addition to the CEG is another race. It is the Drambania, one of the minor races in the universe. Also the minor races page now shows which are in the Union of independent Worlds. Some small improvements have been to the CEG from tidying and reorganising parts. I won't bother to mention which as you would hardly notice the changes.

I have added a very interesting document concerning the Korhonen's Prophecies of Krlll. This should help with the understanding of this very complex race.

I have added more information on the Terran / Korhonen War including diagrams of the various fleet movements involved in the war. The updated pages can be viewed in the History Section.

Sorry for no updates recently. Things have been quite busy and there has been little of anything to add. But now here is some additions which I hope you find interesting. Firstly there is a new section to the CEG. This is the History Section. The history timelines that had been residing in the Exobiology Section has been moved into this new area. Also the history section will have information on important moments in history. The first of these is the Terran Korhonen War. Additional information on it including graphics of the movement of the different forces will be added at a later date. Also an updated version of the Korhonen Exobiology has also been uploaded.

Another new ship has been added to the CEG. This one is a Terran heavy fighter. The picture and information on the ship can be viewed on this page.

A bit later than expected but the new full archive of the CEG and a text only version has now been added to the Archives Page.

And here are two more ships. The first is a Mogensen freighter ship which can be viewed on this page and some information and an image which is apparently a Tmirjan ship on this page. A full new archive of the CEG to go onto the site tomorrow.

These ships are coming thick and fast now it seems. Here is another one for the minor race, the Tamain. This one is a fighter ship. Oh and we have a symbol to represent the race now too. The ship can be seen and read about on this page.

A couple of additions to the CEG. Two new ships. One is an Earth Destroyer which can be viewed on the Destroyers page and a shuttle used by the Mogensen and can be viewed on this page.

Some new additions to the CEG for you to mull over. It includes another alien race called the Natrof which is added to the Minor Races Section. Also there is informaton on a couple of their ships (sorry no pics of them yet). And finally there is also a new Mega Corporation called the Global Space Agency.

We have a new picture of an Ovaskan Scout ship. This is interesting as it is a ship made of organic technology as with all ships from the Ovaskans. Details of it and another ovaskan ship that a picture will appear soon of can be viewed in the Organic Ships Section.

Several additions today to the CEG. A brand new section added to the main menu screen that covers the Corporations that are in the games. It currently replaces the In The Beginning Section game history. It will return once we get around to updating it. And there is also a new Terran battleship added to the CEG. This is located in the Large Warships Section.

The Preface has been restored to the main intro page of the CEG. And a couple of other pages connected to the preface have also been added.

This is only a small update. Some texts had typos and so were fixed and the graphics for the Gibbs station weren't actually in the last big archive. The archive can be found in the archives page

Well tonight there two minor races added to the Encyclopedia. The Tamain and The Gree to the Minor Races Section of the Encyclopedia. Archive of the full CEG to go on later tonight. Approximately 8:45pm GMT.

As I'm sure you will have noticed some of the pages have moved. Most notably the main menu. The first page and the Preface were requested and so added. I hope you find them an improvement.

It's been quite a while since the CEG has been updated. This weekend should see quite a few additions being to the CEG. To begin with, two new ships have been added. One is a Cargoship and the other is a military fighter. Details can be found in the Transport section.

There is some graphics of the space station Gibbs Freedom added to the Space Stations Page along with some early info on the station.

Updated Archives of the Encyclopedia now available at this page CEG Archives Page. Sorry for no updates for the last month. Settling into a new job and Christmas has messed up with organising with CEG. Hopefully son will have some new info.

Several additions to the CEG tonight. There is information on the Mogensen. They are the last major race to be covered. There is a lot of stuff covering all aspects of the race (thanks to Dave). with a seperate page especially to cover the in depth Social Structure of Mogensen's. The second addition to the CEG is a picture of an earth shuttle craft located in the misc ships section of the Transport Section.

A new archive of the entire encyclopedia has been done. This includes all the updates listed here as well as all the text files being run through a spell checker again to eliminate all typos. There is a second archive for those that want to do without the graphics and just read the text instead.

A picture of a Korhonen fighter has been added to the Korhonen Ships section as well as the description of the korhonen fighter being tidied up a wee bit.

There is another addition to the Minor Races Section in the CEG. This race is the Mutants. This race will be appearing in Explorer and will be the main terrorist race in the game New Horizons.

There are several additions to the CEG today. First of is info on the Terrans (humans). One of the last major races to be covered. There are two documents on them. One with general info on them and the other on terran PSI abilities. The second addition to the CEG is information on Korhonen ships. There is only one picture so far of a Korhonen Battleship. The other ships will be appearing soon.

The Transport section has been redesigned a bit as it had been aimed at Earth ships. There is now a new page dedicated to the different ships that other alien races have. For the moment there is only info and pictures of the Rahn ships. The link to the new stuff is here Transport Section.
The CEG has also been reorganised on the web account and so anyone wanting to use the updates will need this archive as all images are now in separate directories.

Sorry the CEG hasn't been updated for a while. Hopefully I should be able to update a bit more often now. The one new addition I have is a picture of one of the Rahn ships. It can be viewed at Rahn exobiology.

Sorry there hasn't been any updates or archives up since nothing new has appeared over the last couple of weeks. I have removed the development history for a few days till a few updates have been made to it. We have been quite busy with programming and a few things needed organising that have delayed updates of the CEG.

Only a small update this time. There is now a planet graphic of the Korhonen Prime homeworld. Also the CEG is now under control of our new company World Foundry. This should not cause any difference to the CEG except the news that it will be the basis for a series of games and not just Explorer 2260. See our main web page for more details.

Okay I have finally got an update of the CEG in between doing some Explorer coding. The new addition is of a new race added to the exobiology smaller races section. They are the Sar'Den and I highly recommend you have a look at it and the picture of them. It's not a joke. :)
